Quotes are typically valid for 30 days from the date of issue, after which prices may be subject to change.

Payment Terms

Deposit: A deposit may be required before work begins, as specified in your contract

Final Payment: Final payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise specified
Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your contract

Warranties and Guarantees

Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or modifications made by parties other than Allstar Paving & Construction.

Liability and Insurance

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the contract amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of business or profits
• Damage to underground utilities not properly marked
• Pre-existing property damage or conditions
• Acts of nature or force majeure events

Client Responsibilities

As the client, you are responsible for:

Obtaining necessary permits and approvals (unless otherwise agreed)
Ensuring access to the work site
Marking underground utilities through the appropriate hotline (811)
Providing accurate property information and specifications
Making timely payments as agreed
Maintaining the completed work according to our recommendations

Cancellation and Modifications

Project Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing. If work has already begun, you may be responsible for costs incurred up to the cancellation date, plus a cancellation fee as specified in your contract.

Project Modifications

Changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing and may result in adjusted pricing and timeline.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Allstar Paving & Construction and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

Dispute Resolution
